About the Artist - Andre Paixao

Andre has been inspired by hiking the many trails around Squamish, B.C. Where he lives and creates each custom ZenLamp.

"Cairns have guided my way throughout my life since growing up in Brazil, where I was chasing waterfalls, then I moved to B.C Canada, where I started chasing Turquoise lakes (I love their beautiful blue glacier waters). Every time I see a cairn, I always feel motivated and excited that I'm on an adventure and this is the right path; it's the direction I want to go."
